Make an impact in the Visual Practitioner Community
The EVP core team is at the heart of the European visual practitioner community, made up of seven (+/-) passionate volunteers who help shape and guide our work. We’re currently looking for 3 or 4 new members to join us—Jonas, Betty, and Svetla—for a 2-year term.
Every year, half of the team completes their term, making room for fresh ideas and new energy. This year, Eveline and Brechtje are stepping down, and we’re excited to welcome new faces to help lead and grow our community.
If you have any questions after the text below, send us an e-mail at coreteam@europeanvisualpractitioners.org
EVP at this moment
We are a community of visual practitioners (based in geographic Europe) with the goal to come together and support each other.
As an organisation, EVP is volunteer- and initiative-based and has a rather loose structure. The EVP core team overlooks and coordinates initiatives, and maintains and develops EVP as an organisation.
EVP supports the organisation of in-person meetups for the visual community in Europe (Madrid, Hamburg, Prague, Stockholm, Nijmegen, Plovdiv en Ieper). Since COVID-19, online meetups (Virtual Vienna, Meetup Circus) and regular monthly hangouts (Cocktail Hour, Co-working sessions) have been added to the list.
In 2021 the EVP became an officially recognised INGO.
